※ We're sorry but we will not be responsible for delays due to your country's customs. If you haven't gotten your parcel yet after a month please check in with your local post office. I have received emails about their parcels getting held in their post offices for pick up. I do not know why but I guess it really depends on each country's post office.
※ Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may be imposed on the parcel.

※ We will check the condition of each item before shipping to make sure it isn't defective.
※ We will not accept damaged or exchange claims for defects made during delivery. Once we have shipped the item it is out of our hands. We will do our best to ship the item(s) in the best condition we can. (*´ω｀*)
※ But if you find any defects originally in the item, please contact us immediately and we'll fix it for you.
※ In the case of exchange, please be advised that buyers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
